I think the biggest impact came after the first session in that it motivated me to complete plans I had in the back of my mind for a long time. It helped me to be more focused in taking action and seeing it through the completion. Thereafter, the actions have “rolled” easier. Learning more about what coaching is about has been interesting: whereas I have a lot of plans milling around in my head the coaching has helped me to realize that I cannot do all of them at once! And that the best form of action initially is narrowly focused.
